There are six different 400g loaves to choose from. They each contain only organically produced flour. There is a summary of each type of loaf below with the price. If you wish to order for the coming week please select your requirements at the end of the order form and submit in the usual way.

Malted Grain Loaf (400g) ............. £ 1.50
Combination of whole wheat and rye flours mixed with soft malted grains
50/50 White / Wholemeal loaf (400g)...........£1.50
Spelt Flour Loaf (400g)..................................£1.80
Low in gluten but high in protein. This makes it a more digestible substitite for the gluten intolerant.
Austrian Style Loaf (400g)............................£1.80
combination of white and granary flour, with barley, malt, mollasses and mixed seeds
