Organic Farming

Fresh fruit and vegetables are an essential constituent of a healthy diet. Our aim is to assist you in providing your family with a varied selection of the best, local, fresh organic produce without the inconvenience and additional cost normally associated with it.

Wherever possible our produce is grown by Michael Ward and his family who have been farming their 40 acre farm in Ash, Kent for over 25 years. As with many organic farms theirs is certified by the "Soil Association" who carry out regular audits to ensure full compliance with all organic farming practices. Supplying fresh fruit and vegetables, directly from Mike's farm, often enables us to provide produce, delivered to your door within 24 hours of harvesting.

Organic produce is nurtured and grown without the use of artificial fertilizers, insecticides or herbicides. This method of farming results in mineral and vitamin packed fruit and vegetables that are not just better for you but taste so much better too!!

At present we deliver in the Maidstone and Medway area only.
